Tiffany Thomas is a communications consultant responsible for developing NCCP’s message strategy, online content, and outreach efforts. Tiffany has provided public affairs support and guidance to nonprofit agencies, government agencies, and businesses for nearly two decades — including acting as a senior communications adviser for former U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan, a chief communications officer for the Baltimore City Health Department, and a media relations and public affairs specialist for the Annie E. Casey Foundation.

Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications and public relations and is pursuing a master’s degree in public administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
